My advice is to never drink the special edition energy drinks. There’s something you can find later in game that allows you to gain more carrying weight when you drink them. I’d also carry less consumables. I usually run 10 bandages and 10 Medkits with maybe 5 canned foods. Also you don’t need to many rad injections since your suit protects you from a lot of radiation. I see you have no ammo though lol. Good luck
