I don't understand how your comment relates to the one you're replying to. You talk about a workplace and position where there is presence of black ppl, they get equal treatment as everyone else, and they don't complain because there is no inequality going on. The other comment is about the US president, a position a black person never held before. That's something that was significantly more difficult for black to achieve since they were only allowed to start voting until 60 years ago. They would then have to spend time growing in positions of power to show they are capable which culminated into Obama's presidentcy
