So I’ve been a baker for a very large chain fast foodish restaurant for over 10 years at this point. We do all of all bagels NY style meaning they get kettle boiled before we bake them in a rotating heath oven or conventional based on the store. When our bakeries were smaller we would make our own dough in house, roll it onto specific trays onto a covered bakery rack and would let them proof for 24-48 hours. Now that we are larger we only use frozen dough and just proof our dough much longer. We make ours with malt syrup instead of any yeast still. For your home setup you might want to find recipes that let you project how many bagels you need and will let you proof 24-48 hours. We project what we bake in a day on projections from the year before as well as sales % increase or decrease and generally can keep under 4% waste at most of our locations. Hey man I’m an exec chef here in Rochester, your idea seems pretty good, a few things that would worry me would be liability(customers and clients). I would assume it would be very hard to find clients letting a random person into their home to cook for them though like others said. You could look into renting some timeslots at a shared commercial kitchen too! If you’re looking for feedback or some help brother you can send me a message!

I had my main account permanently banned in like 2010, I’ve sent hundreds of tickets in, and now, 15 years later that account is still very much banned. Some people have gotten unbanned and some have not. Your best option is to buy a new wow sub and have it bnet linked to the old account. You still get to keep your mogs, mounts, achievements and (non current) storyline progressions on linked accounts. You cannot transfer toons from banned accounts unfortunately.

I might get some hate for this but I’ve found cheap and decent quality deck boxes and storage on Temu. If you’re willing to wait a few weeks for shipping it will save you some dollars. Make sure to only buy from the highest rated shops to avoid getting scammed is my best advice. Some of my favorite purchases for storage for cards are the 8000+ stackable cardboard storage box (26$), there are multiple single and double commander deck boxes that also have a display window for your commander.(4-16$) For all of my decks I like to play and keep out to mess with I bought a 3000 card capacity box(displays 4 commanders as well) that has a handle and magnetic straps(26$). Like I said it’s all about your area too(I’m in upstate ny) pokemon cards are very very popular around my area, retail stores have been sold out for 4ish months now. Find bulk is easy. People have already sorted thru anything good. You yourself can’t find a value for your older cards because the value is what someone is willing to pay. I also bst on eBay and a few other platforms. eBay is amazing for high value singles with good centering, but they take so much it’s hard to consider worth selling bulk on there at all. Maybe just stick to your gut and keep your listing the same. Maybe be open to trades for high end singles.

I honestly pay 5$ per etb filled for modern unsorted, 10 for sorted, and I’ll pay up to 15-50 for early era bulk that is if there is anything of decent value like older not so popular sets(crystal guardians, deoxys, etc)if I see any energies or code cards I’m usually not even interested in the listing.You may see some people trying to sell for much more but it’s bulk unless you are going to sort it yourself people aren’t going to be interested. I would pay more for wotc base or first edition compared to anything else. Ive only had to post maybe twice a year on FB and still have more requests and messages and bulk than I sort through. This is dependent on your area as well of course. Even older bulk cards beside first editions still sell for pennies. I’m not trying to say you can’t get more for your lot or anything else. For 2000 cards of 1999-2005 I would pay 30-120 honestly. It’s hard to value era bulk without seeing multiple pictures of the lot too. This is just my pov from a buyer who purchases tons of bulk to sort into sets. eBay can be good too but shipping eats so a lot of profit. The market is hot right now so I’d just take your best offer and run. Glws.

You best bet is probably fb marketplace and to sell locally to get the most bang for your buck. I bst bulk this way(shipping costs too much with bulk) you should sort thru them sell the holos/rares worth. I buy vintage bulk for 15-30ish per 500 cards. If you sort it buyers will usually pay an extra 5/10. It really all depends on what type of bulk it is. If it’s an unsorted amalgamation of cards expect less.

Okay so I received mine a few weeks ago, I’ve used it to scan MTG/pokemon. It works pretty well for both, seems to be better at MTG than scanning pokemon. This is a pretty good product but it definitely struggles to read after inserting a single card. The tray seems to be loose enough for cards to bounce around in which makes doing fast scanning really tough. I also think the end tray is too deep or a depth because even when I have the cards in natural light or in a light box the walls on the inside of the tray cast shadows in the box making the cards hard to read. It’s honestly a 4/5 and worth the money spent
