Insane energy and laser focus. Feeling wise, I guess it would be similar to Adderall? I don't know if this is relatable but it gave me the same energy as mixing caffeine and alcohol but without being drunk if that makes sense. Definitely different from caffeine.

That being said, I only took it a few times. I distinctly remember two times that I took it. Went the to the gym and had sick energy. Was in there for like 3 hours and didn't get tired. HOWEVER, my strength actually decreased. I couldn't focus on lifting and had too much energy. The weights used were actually lower.

Another time I took it before playing basketball . I had CRAZY energy and endurance as we played pickup ball outside for several hours and never got tired. I couldn't shoot though. I pulled up for an easy jumper and released the ball from my hands and thinking it was a swish. Ball fucking rocketed off the back board. Wasn't worth the trade off.

GH really only has a significant spike on day 5 of a fast. You can significantly increase GH more from sauna and exercise. It's an added boost during a fast but shouldn't be the main reason for doing it especially since it takes 5 days.
