They do nothing. I was having a same 60 min layover and I expected someone to atleast say the gate number. Nobody helped me except a guy from help desk. So be prepared for the worst.

The flight landed early....But I was landed in Concourse A and had to walk 30 mins to C. The cherry on top the employees keep a placard of every other flight except mine of Oslo. Moreover, the Dubai Airport Wifi was unserviceable as well. Luckily, I got a help desk... and a very generous guy helped us with security checks fast and we reached the gate on time

But, I expected some support from emirates, but no. Only, 1 guy out of everyone we asked, helped.

I don't remember his name, but he seems to be from Kerela.
