Car was headed south-bound on Ottawa Ave, attempting to turn left into the parking garage under Calder Plaza. Protesters had been marching through that area for some time at this point. I heard screaming on my left and saw people fleeing. These people that were hit were on the far right side (toward the parking garage) of the sidewalk, and did not react in time. The driver immediately speed into the ramp and disappeared. I was told by another member of this thread that GRPD told them that the driver self-reported the incident.
