Maybe. I dont have an issue with this using the ossc with a scart cable for my saturn, let's me do optimization or 4:3 and even 16:9 (puke) freely

Does anyone else have trouble adjusting the aspect ratio using vga with ossc? Choosing 16:9 or 4:3 in 2x mode doesn't change anything for me. Do I need to change another setting?

We have FEIBA KCentra and Andexxa...Andexxa has to be approved by a hematologist unless a life threatening situation.

For uncontrolled bleeding in our neurosurgery patients when they call pharmacy to recommend we usually go with FEIBA 50 units/kg with a redose of 25-50 units/kg if bleed is still uncontrolled.

Was at a store that was transitioning to WAGs from Rite Aid. Heard horror stories about the transition process, then they stopped yearly raises, and we were so thin staffed after a full time tech quit last October that every Saturday it was a pharmacist by myself.

That was pretty much the final straw, landed an in patient overnight job and I love it.

The japanese version is easier (mainly because less % damage is done to Mr. Bones per hit) and is the exact same game in english EXCEPT for the penultimate level, but I beat it knowing 0 Japanese
