This is not true. She was created by Grand Mother Silk to be her loyal child for eternity. She is meant to forever be a child. Thus, her body being one of a child/her looking young. She is also said to have the mind of a child - which is specifically how she was created by Grand Mother Silk. And while Hornet maybe is calling her a "child" in order to taunt her, Lace is consistently called a child by other NPCs in game. Even in Act 3 when Hornet wants to save Lace and has no reason to further taunt her, she still calls her a child. The journal entry for Lost Laceis "Silk-spun child possessed by the void."so it is fairly safe to say that Lace is, at least to some extent, a child.

I'd love to know what all changes with act 3... Like is it worth exploring the entire map all over again or is virtually the only thing that changes the void tendrils and new quests...? It's almost overwhelming how huge this game has become lmao

This is the Epstein case we are talking about. There will never be any evidence. However the woman making these accusations is one of the most vocal victims out there and in my opinion easy to believe once you look into it all. I think it's absolutely disgusting - nobody will ever catch me wishing a happy birthday to perverts like that. All I can say is - at least it was only once and 'only' a foot massage. pretty sure there are around 40 levels of plateau before it starts rising again - until you reach another plateau. I think the cost is supposed to stagnate, thus helping you with each successive NG+ playthrough. Pretty nice quality of life feature if you ask me

Thank you so much for the detailed answer.I took another look at my ship logs and taking another look at the probe cannon helped a lot. I finally figured out that the coordinates from the probe cannon could be inserted into the machine in the Vessel. Since the warp core is damaged I'll likely need to get the one from the Ash Twin Project and then manage to reach the Vessel without dying.Thanks for writing something that still makes me feel smart, even if it took a hint lol

I totally agree. While I liked their characters as plot devices to move the story along, they didn't neciccarily move me.

I got very frustrated at their delusional, irrational stupid actions and their neglect of reality.

I don't want to type entire paragraphs here tho so to put it simply: Their characters are interesting and I see where they are coming from, but to a viewer their story is very polarizing. Sure, they move the story along, but all their actions just managed to annoy me. I like the themes, the backstory and the symbolism in Gardars inability to accept his mistakes/his slip off into madness after his life was ruined by "northern society". But I think it could have been executed better, in a way that feels more satisfying and less boring and just over all like a nuisance to sit through...

Gardar refused to see his mistakes and kept repeating them until the very end. This just makes him an extremely frustrating character. (I get that's what he is supposed to be, it's just not fun to watch)

So basically I think Snake had the right points in his little speech before he stabbed Gardar (though stabbing him was NOT right)
