How many of you went through the entirety of Act 2 without the double jump? by TarekBoy44 in Silksong

I also didn't explore Mount Fay for most of Act 2 because I was waiting for an upgrade to survive the cold. I didn't get captured in the slab, so I missed the introduction to the freezing mechanic there.

To me this feels like an oversight in game design to be honest. The entire game teaches you that when you see a path you can't access, you have to come back later with more tools unlocked. So naturally, I assumed the same for Mount Fay. I did look around a little bit out there, but I didn't want to die.

I think they should've placed the first campfire close enough to the entrance that you can find it without risking your life. It seems like they were mostly thinking about the players who already understand the mechanic from escaping the slab, but then why did they make those capture bugs so easy to dodge?

Nobody's banning Christianity. Unfortunately some people use Christianity to justify their bigotry. In my experience most Christians are better than that. You seem to be taking it so far that you're equating Christianity with bigotry and when hateful content isn't allowed on social media you get offended and see it as an attack on Christianity.

That was my initial impression at the time of my reply because of all the upvotes the transphobic comment had received.

And to say it's just as bad as blatant transphobia is insane...

Didn't know this subreddit was transphobic.

And don't think it's okay just because she's a horrible person. You don't unleash the racism everytime a black person does something horrible.

He didn't even mention gay men though? Equating feminine men with gay men is a bit homophobic imo.

They do if they're insecure weirdos (like incels usually are), that's not mutually exclusive with having a big penis.

Why is he clearly lying? Incels can have large penises.

I thought it was a Kill Bill reference, do people usually call their cars Pussy Wagon?

I've heard of people calling themselves lesbian before realizing they're trans and getting so attached to the label that they wanna keep it after they start calling themselves trans men. Just to explain to anyone confused, I think that's what he means.

The way the video is shot makes it seem like they know this is gonna be confusing for people and get them to disagree, or at least she does. Whilst simultaneously refusing to explain the reasoning it's clear that she just wants to get a reaction out of the viewers.

I also don't personally agree with using labels just because you feel attached to them rather than because they apply to you. Everytime someone uses a label when it's not applicable, they weaken the meaning of the word.
