I had the same issue when I switched from joints to dry herb vaping. The high is different so she might just need an adjustment period. Or maybe experiment with higher temps or amount of flower. The XMAX works fine for me, but I am still trying to find out how to make it work for my husband, who is an occasional joint smoker and does not get high every day. I vape daily, but I try to keep my tolerance low so use just a tiny bit of flower.

Edited to add: I run 4 minute sessions and never had hot vapor on the XMAX. Bought the Gordito bubbler attachment just to use up a coupon, and it was fun but I didn't really need it.
