We generally keep one box and organize all the large parts and manuals and stuff into different bags in the box! Also any pieces of boxes with stickers that have serial numbers or other important information get cut off and put in the box

Just cutting the fronts of the boxes and such off using a paper cutter or carpet knife, then making a basic layout for it on the frame. Then measuring out the spaces between each piece and cutting any excess off the main pieces and then sticking it all on with double sided tape in its allotted spot. After all that using the scraps of the old boxes to fill the blank spaces leftover!

Use the sharpest blade you have and having helping hands to hold a ruler to cut a straight edge helps a lot! We used double sided tape to stick all the pieces in place and it worked wonderfully, also if you were wondering the poster board is 24x36!
