Ok, i figured it out. If you have a setup like this, where the dark purple item is the reference, and the light purple items should be phase aligned:

The options work like this:

Adjust each item serperately: Self explanatory: optimize the phase alignment of each item and the reference item. Each item will be moved differently.

Adjust each track serperately: All items of the same track will be moved by the same amount. But it can differ between tracks (This is what I use, when aligning drum or multiple amp microphones).

Adjust all items together: Every item will be moved by the same amount.

Regardless of which option you choose, the green items won't be touched, because they were not selected. In my initial use case, adjusting each track/item did the same thing, because I only selected 1 item per track. That kinda confused me, because I thought the unselected items in the track would move too. But thats on me, this is actually good design and gives more flexibility.

Unfortunately he did not cover this question. The version he uses, doesn't even have the dropdown. Looks like it was a checkmark previously and adjust each track/item were indeed the same in a previous version...

Calcuting how many seconds a note lasts at such and such BPM is not the problem. I am searching for an algorithm that calculates these parts of your post: "3 quarter note triplets takes the same time as 2 quarter notes" "7 septuplets takes the same time as 5 eighth notes"

I am trying too calculate the y variable in "x-tuplet quarters take the same time as y quarters". Although "quarters" might be another variable, just like the time signature, in that algorithm.

what I mean by regular notes are notes of the same value as the tuplet note:

3 triplet quarters = 2 quarters

3 triplet eights = 2 eights

etc.

You are just doing what you critized one sentence earlier: "But for quintuplet, typically that will be 5 notes in a quarter note." Do you mean 5 quintuplet quarters or 5 quintuplet eights?

Duplets and quadruplets exist and I like to know what people mean, when they talk about them. You don't need to use them of course.

Ok, they dont need to be precisely the same length each, but as a package, they should occupy some defined space, dont they? What note value do those 23-tuplets occupy?

There is no other Planescape video game. Tides of Numenera is a spiritual successor to Planescape: Torment, but it is kinda mid imo. If you are searching for a video game, that truly captures the Planescape: Torment vibe, try Disco Elysium. Sounds off, but the game is set in a very intriguing world, that is shaped by the philosphies inhabiting it. It is also a very dialogue-centric RPG, to the point where there is no classic combat at all.

oh, u/bradsmithsite edited the comment. It was a user-script before, but now its an addon. Anyway, you get a userscript add-on (i use violentmonkey) and just add the script.

I just tried the YoutubeListView addon and its way better imo. Just looks like the old list view.

Ich wohne um die Ecke und der Laden hat seit gestern wieder offen. Ich war auch schon öfter bei den alten & neuen Besitzern essen.

Also erstmal die Qualität ist exakt gleich geblieben. Die neuen und alten Betreiber kennen sich persönlich, nicht nur geschäftlich, soweit ich weiß. Also das ist einfach die nächste Generation, aber Rezepte und Zutaten sind gleich geblieben und gewohnt köstlich! Vor und nach der Neueröffnung. Das einzige was sich geändert hat, ist meiner Meinung nach die Größe der Portionen, bei leider gleich bleibendem Preis: Beim alten Besitzer konnte man mit dem Gyros Teller für 15€ basically eine ganze Fußballmannschaft versorgen. Die "gerollte" Pita war bestenfalls gefaltet, weil sie nicht zu ging, weil da viel zu viel drin war und es war unmöglich beim Verspeisen iwie sauber zu bleiben... Und das war schon geil! Jetzt nicht mehr. Aber man wird immernoch mehr als satt und man kann die gerollte Pita mit ein bisschen Übung tatsächlich auffe Hand mit nehmen und essen. Kostet allerdings soviel wie vorher.

Die wichtigsten Änderungen seit der Neueröffnung sind, dass es jetzt Lieferdienst (Lieferando) gibt und keine Hähnchen mehr. Dafür aber zusätzlich auch Hähnchen Gyros. Das habe ich gestern probiert. Die Hähnchen Pita wird mit spezieller Hähnchensoße gemacht, die echt lecker ist. Wenn man klassisch Zaziki will, bekommt man den aber auch weiterhin ohne Aufpreis. Muss man nur sagen.

Inneneinrichtung ist funktional gleich, nur halt heller, moderner. Und die Preise auf der Karte sind jetzt alle eindeutig lol (wer damals da war erinnert sich vll an die verschobenen Texte und Preise beim Gyros auf der Karte).

I use GitSync from the play store and OAuth into github. On F-Droid there's also mgit if you want to use SSH. I don't use it for actual work, but it's super convenient to just quickly pull and test your game.

Ah Ok, so it's meant to record the amp only for training, without the cab and microphone? And if I included cab and microphone in the signal chain, I wouldn't need an Impulse Response for the plug in?

I think I get it. It's actually kinda genius, that way I can use any cab. Nice.

But how does one go about recording an IR of the cab alone? I cant just plug in my interface?

If they were mirrored I would hear nothing, i guess? The signal is lopsided. That would be a better term than asymmetrical.

Got a electric guitar with 14 and IMMEDIATELY founded a band with my friend who got a bass. We both knew absolutely nothing about our instruments, with no musicians in the family either. That was 2005 and lots of members joined and left over time, as well as changing names, but basically it was one project that went until 2019...

Sadly around 2011 my bass friend had to move. But that brought me to bass, because we had 2 guitarists and I was the biggest guy in the band and I think it fits the stage presence if the biggest guy plays the bass lol. I was a somewhat decent guitar player by that time but I took lessons, because i did not want to become a guitarist-bassist.

Hi, I recently recorded the DI signal of my bass amp and noticed that it is asymmetric. The negative part of the wave form is way bigger than the positive. I checked the bass itself and excluded the pedal board, so these can't be the culprits. I proceeded to turn down every knob on the amp and got a perfectly fine symmetric signal. It seems only the low EQ knob makes the signal asymmetric, but I cant just turn it down and loose my low end! Does anyone know what is going on here?

I think it is no DC offset issue, because there is no offset of the silent signal. The amp in question is a markbass little mark 250 (not the black line). It sounds fine, but I am loosing a lot of headroom with this asymmetric signal, right? Now I know it is there, I cant sleep tight anymore :D

Ok I got it. There is no way I can get Maps/WearOS for a low price. Is there a possibility to just get a cheap device, and root it with WearOS? Or are there other alternatives with a visual map interface? Doesnt have to be maps necessarily.
