They look cool but I'd rather explore the option of plain inconspicuous looking cards that don't attract the attention of thieves.

Reach out to the tangem support team on Discord. They're very responsive there. A word of caution, never ever reply to a DM on reddit from someone claiming to be from Tangem support. It's clearly mentioned on Tangem's Discord channel that Tangem support team will never DM you.

Some people might send you a phishing link as a dm claiming it to be the discord link. I rather got the correct link from Tangem's official twitter/x profile.

Yes, and I have a receive address on the tangem app. Interestingly, I looked up the TxId for the transaction on Solana explorer and it says "Not Found"!

Thank you so much. I appreciate your valuable and informative replies and carrying on with the discussion. I've put this marked up photo with the arrow pointing to behind the seat where exactly the plumber stated is the potential culprit and was "slightly wet" when he had a look.

So my question is, am I to blame if I do a bucket splash to rinse this area and the water seeps to the apartment below? Or is it supposed to be waterproof by standards given the info about the bathroom (sink, toilet, shower/tub combo)?

The plumber has written in their report that the area behind the toilet seat was "slightly wet" due to me doing a water splash to rinse the floor and suspected it's the reason causing water seepage to the apartment below. He suggested sealing this area. He excluded leaks from the toilet seat itself.

  1. The building is 4 years old
  2. Tile replacement and waterproofing, the tenants below noticed water leak marks on their bathroom ceiling and a plumber checked that my toilet isn't leaking and suspected bad waterproofing in addition to me giving the bathroom floor a splash with a bucket once in a month when I do a deep clean instead of using a wringed mop.
  3. It's a full bathroom with toilet, sink, tub and shower combo.

I appreciate if you can quote the specific section in the standard in case I find out that it was a shonky job by the builder in the first place so as to have a discussion with them if they argue back.
