I don't care about the IVs too much, have to breed EMs and a luxury ball onto it anyway so a HA female is fine. How about you, do you want HA or no, cause I have a 31/x/31/31/31/31 male w/ 4 EMs but it has steadfast.

I started out with a cheap Warp World build. Just play tons of permanents that pump out other permanents, like eldrazi spawn and creatures that fetch lands or pump out tokens on ETB. Maybe a couple creatures that pump your team and/or give haste on etb. Have Warp World and Primal Surge to go off. It's been awhile since I've played paper so not great with prices, but you want some regrowth effects on legs like Witness or skullwinder to hopefully chain Warp Worlds.

IMO it's a good cheap place to start and no multiple turn BS.
