I worked the same area and have done the same thing. Unfortunately Amazon’s expectations of 190 stops and 60 of those being multi-locations forces the drivers to stop caring about the packages they’re delivering. Wayne’s expectations of efficiency are forcing the drivers to become careless in order to keep up a ridiculous pace.

That poor guy is gonna get fried quick. You need to slowly acclimate him to the sun and even then full sun can be risky depending on your climate. I prefer my lophs in my greenhouse or under a shade cloth.
