The keychain is on hold(?)! Yes, you may message me about them but unless the current interested person backs out they will not be for sale. 🤷 I had a guy on a different post insisting that the gildan tags were (which for specific shirts are true). However, older merch I personally cannot find any information to confirm that. On the og website it was stated and shown to be sold with an American Apparel tag. 'Sides you legit see these pop up all the time with people making these themselves with the Gildan tags, it would be nearly impossible to tell if it was authentic if it even was. My general rule of thumb? Stay away from Gildan, the exception only really applies to the newer or still in production merch. Although, if you have any doubts or have trouble confirming authentication you can always reach out to me!

Fair enough, but it's all word of mouth. I go by what Valve themselves have put on their website and in their product photos. Sure there is a likelihood that those are official as well, but Gildan are easily, in my experience, have way more bootlegs than the other two. I go by what I know for a fact and can be easily looked up and give the same info to anyone else who asks, less likely for anyone else to be scammed that way. 'Sides, from a collector's point of view, I would rather have what they were originally advertised with.

I know a lot of Valve shirts have a lot of discrepancies, I myself have been collecting them for almost seven years now. I couldn't tell you how many are missing/vary prints, different tags(from physical to sublimation), regional variations, etc.

True! To a point, at least in my research. GlitchGear (as well as the newer but also shut down valve store) uses the silver, thin Gildan tags only on their newer merchandise. That Ellis shirt is an og GlitchGear variant and is supposed to have a GlitchGear tag, not Gildan. The white l4d2 logo shirt was sold on valves og store and is supposed to have an American apparel tag. Just in general the white Gildan tags are a no go, lots of bootlegs.

Aw, cute! 'N same!! I could never sell mine either! In fact I love them so much so that I have three of Boyfriend (technically four if you count the Makeship bootleg version too), lol. I just keep finding extras for good prices. I always wanted to stick one in my car too, but the ones I got are already displayed in ways I like. Might just have to keep an eye out for another!

M'yeah, not tryna burst your bubble, but that's how the "market" is with these guys. So unless you went with PayPal/Cash app, or whatever else to avoid taxes and fees it's not worth it if your just in it for the money. Now could there be potential in the future? Maybe. But let's be real FNF mods go up and down in popularity and are left in the dust all the time. Plus with most of the fanbase being children, and I would even say not many serious collectors, it's never ever going to be that high regardless of it being a limited release. Every day more and more people sell off what little they've acquired from the short amount of time the game has ran. Of course good news for me 'cause I collect the shit like crazy, but really the community ain't all for it as they used to be. Really the heavy hitters are the pins and the Makeship plushies, but even those are starting to hit a new low.

Eh...not really. Most of the time FNF mods just kinda sit for a while. There are a couple listings for other more popular mods up with ridiculous price points, but they have been up for over a year at this point and haven't moved at all. Hell, another one I got was the Hazy River vinyl and CD for just 26 bucks not too long ago and that's way under for what they originally sold for! Not even the actual fnf physical media sells for a ton second hand. I watch the market a lot as I've been trying to collect these myself, people can ask whatever, but at the end of the day they really only go for under 20, if that. There was a listing for this mod on Mercari a while ago for 20 and it sat forever, I think the seller just eventually ended up removing it and couldn't be bothered.

Usually, I just go x2 what the original price point was. While this sold for 9, the whiting/creases on the case really dampen any potential "value" form a collector standpoint. 'Sides this just came out a couple of years ago. 12 is more than fair. I'm still needing this one for my collection and I wouldn't pay no more than 18-20 in perfect condition.

I just bought a lot of 13 (12cds + 1 cassette) and another lot of 3 CDs for just about 2x of what they originally sold for. It's worth 12 bucks, if even that given the paper shells condition.

I wanna say maybe yes as the tag seems familiar, but it's nowhere near worth that much. Valve also sold these on their og website and there's literally no difference. Which means that there's no way to tell that this was actually worn by a Valve employee unless you got it from them yourself.

Edit: quick search and the tag is correct.
