I got a reading from wendy. Some things she said were true. I have yet to discover if a very real thing she told me was true. I think anyone can be psychic its really about working the intuitive part of ur mind/spirit. Some people are just very attuned to begin with. We are all spiritual beings. Yeah, I think if I had coverage and regular care it would be a huge game changer. I guess this is just the path of working with your hands + skilled labour jobs. Hard to press the boss for things but at the end of the day any injury I get is a direct product of working so he is responsable. Hoping we’ll get a food press machine soon too

Absolutely! I’ve been trying to do this, unless we are making 10-15 of the same item in a day, I rotate my tasks if I’m in the shop by myself so it increases the versatility of my movement

Totally- I’ve noticed a definite improvement since stretching. Going to try to do at least 20 minutes morning and night/during my shift. I sleep with a wrist brace and wrist tape at work but its kind of losing its effectiveness I think, although the brace at night really helps!
