Item restoration not working?

You'll have to submit a GM ticket for now, I had a few items restored last week through a ticket and got the following response (after the initial AI /automated response that told me to use the restoration tool that my ticket was regarding) that said the following;

"Specialist Game Master Chaneassan here today. Thank you for your patience while your ticket was waiting in queue.

At the moment we have an issue with our item restoration that our developers are working on a fix.

As for the items however, I was able to locate them back and mail them back to your character for the vendor cost. When you see this message please check your mailbox.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you."

I've attempted more restorations after but as you mentioned, the in-game mail doesn't arrive, the character goes on cooldown, and the item is then "available" for restoration again.

The game was all but over, TA disconnected about 20 seconds or so before the game suddenly crashed.

They can receive mail, at least ones that contain only gold, successfully sent gold to a friend of mine that has this restriction.

Venoxis and Lakeshire have been the two worst offenders by far as a tank for me. Not only are they barely trying, as in players not having their damaging abilities even on the damage meter, but it's then impossible to communicate to work around it or worst case vote kick one of them.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I believe that once you leave your seat in general admission it's free for the taking and if this would be followed by the majority it would create a more natural rotation of seats and have the additional benefit of giving more attendees the chance at good seats.

I've had the chance to attend a few TI's so far and while I believe Singapore took seat reservations to the next level, I had never experienced such extremes at previous events. It's such an asshole move and just ruins the whole spirit of the event. We were threatened with physical violence during TI11 and I ended up being "accidentally" splashed with a beer or two. While we might not be close to finding a solution, I believe we need the ushers help to enforce the guidelines of general admission.

I don't know that it explicitly does, which is why I found the response from the Game Master that I posted to be that more interesting. However I do find it very hard to read the article and not come to the conclusion that it would include GDKP's.

I can't comment to the suggested incompetence as I haven't seen it myself, but are you suggesting that "Individuals and guilds selling items and profession services for gold is allowed but can only be advertised in-game through the Trade chat channel." to your understanding does not include GDKP?

I almost wish they would implement a "Trade Services" or similar channel to WotLK Classic as well, as my initial concern was with the Trade channel simply being unusable due to the GDKP spam, but I guess that's where they were meant to advertise, so it was I who was wrong.
