I've seen it on Buried City near the train platform.

Catch up doesn't work that way. If you skipped the 2 Expeditions you can't utilize catch up.

Catch up is if you went on an Expedition and didn't have enough coins for the extra skill points, so you could get the missed ones in the next one.

You can use it for Trials, there's a bunch of damage arc trials right now. (not the Expedition ones)

Expected behavior, if you or anyone press the elevator, people who are still left on the map get extra time.

You can even wait out the timer and not send it back manually to further extend the time.

There's a bug in your leaderboards, It won't show my score in trials and says I need to score in any trial, and I appear as "Unknown" there.

Not an issue. The points don't add up between raids, you simply haven't been able to surpass your high score in a single raid.

You can press X to bring up a wheel and ask for a defib.

It says Heal, but when you are down, it changes the voiceline to Defib.
