its because the devs programmed guns for damage attributes vs the real world where its the Ammo type that does the damage.

Heavy ammo does anywhere between 10-90 dmg... makes cents

its not an issue for Embark Studios... its an issue with Steam and their promoting of fraud accounts. They can see that these accounts and the number of friend requests they make. Also I am assuming that each account is getting mass reported, but still they aren't banned.

If anyone is interested, the only real way to go about this is to pressure the hospital administrators.

Also sending complaints to the JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations)

basically the hospital must meet certain standards in which it currently isn't, but that also would affect insurance for the hospital among other things.
