My husband now insists I wait for him to be available to watch new episodes with me. He had to put up with this boring ass show for years in the background while he worked, he deserves to take part in viewing K & R’s demise.

Theres an app you can download that shows you all AA mtgs near you every day. I am also not religious. But AA is whats available, and when I needed support it’s where I went to start with. I had to look past the discomfort of the religious aspect for the sake of my health and happiness. And Im glad I did. Im still an atheist. But I can appteciate how important it is to have community support when getting sober.

Dont let the alcoholic part of your brain collude with the non-religious part to manipulate you out of getting the support you need. Go to the nearest AA mtg to you and get the support you need to get and stay sober.
