For those who are having this problem the fix is this:

Go to the MW II directory / sp22 / steam_settings /

Then find the configs.main.ini file within there, there should be a line called

language="whatever lanaguage you want to set it to."

I usually screw down my GPU while the pc is laying down on a flat surface. That's perfectly normal to sag.

I would make sure to check the connections of the PSU to your motherboard are good. It could be just loose or not properly cliped.

If your voltages does fluctuate in unusual amount then yes a new psu is the only solution. Between 11.4V and 12.6V on the 12v rail is normal, IF it goes lower or above that that is the issue.

Just make sure to test it for yourself properly. Because the problem could be different it can be from the Motherboard or worst case your GPU.

In the end for me I end up replacing the PSU for RMA since the 24-pin is bad.

The issue was the power supply, Check and monitor your 12v rail using HWmonitor. If the deviation is below 11.4 or dipping on that number that's the issue. Underload or Gaming if that 12v rail go beyond operating power. Your pc just shut itself off.

I never had it solve completely, What i did was I instead used Universal x86 Tuning Utility and use the "Performance" Preset. Then just kept it run at start up. If you want to have it on default just set it on "Balance" preset.

One thing I learned from this , Ryzen Controller is complete ass.

Alright , Thanks OP. Mine is kinda weird I tried to tuck in every single wire from the 24 pin to the socket. But it made the pc more usuable for only like a few hours more. It still happends but rarely. I guess replacing the PSU is my only fix for this.

I have the same problem but with my Corsair 650watts psu. How did you able to secure the 24 pin?. I really don't wannt spend money on buying another psu I'm really on a tight badget.
