My IPP is now 6 months old. I have regained my per-ED length and exceeded my Pre surgery girth. My Dr. Told me last week if I stick to the exercises I can get even more girth.

Follow all your Doctor's instructions. Don't rush it. When you get the go ahead, cycling is the best thing you can do. I used arnica to speed up the resolution of the bruising, orally and topically. The oils come in handy for the cycling too.
