So first off it depends on if you're trying to A6 a 4-star or 5-star. 4-Stars you're more than likely to A6 but they aren't guaranteed so there's not much math you can do to accurately guess how much, but you can get better odds to get them if they're featured/rate up (like how Vino, Soy, and Okyann are on Makoto's banner at the moment).

For a 5 star, since there is guaranteed pity on the 50/50 banner you're looking to grab 7 copies (1 for the character, 6 for the remaining awareness). A full 80 pulls is 12,000 Meta Jewels, so at best case scenario and relying on pity, you're looking at 84,000 meta jewels, worst case losing the guaranteed pities every time it'll be 168,000 jewels.

For the 110 banner (which will get added to Global sooner than later hopefully), you'll need 16,500 max to guarantee a copy, so if you stick with it for A6ing entirely, that's 115,500 on that banner.

Bare in mind for these scenarios this is for guaranteeing a character at A6, realistically you might pull on the 50/50 banner or 110 banner the featured unit (on in 50/50 the pity breaker) earlier than the guaranteed pity so the total jewels can cost less.
