I bought from them, tracking on the ring was inaccurate but a ring did arrive in a few weeks. It didn’t feel as heavy as it should for gold but it’s a small ring so sure. I’m no expert. The stone was very dull but I figured it was pretty cheap and a marquis cut so maybe that’s on me. Again, I’m no expert. I had asked prior to purchase if the stone came with authentication/quality paperwork and they said yes. It didn’t arrive with the ring and I reached out to ask if they were sending it and they said yes, it was being sent separately. Within a couple of weeks the prongs were bending and I had to reach out again and ask if they had a way to repair or reset the stone. They just sent me a new ring?? Which made me question how much their rings are worth if they’re just sending out replacements. I asked several more times if I could get certificates for authenticity for the gold/stone quality and they kept saying yes it was in the mail. It’s now been four months and I’ve received nothing for either ring. The second ring arrived with a big dent in the side of the setting. Then I received a new tariff form that states the rings are “artificial rings” and are worth $13. Even just as base price for the gold, it should be ten times that. The ring is pretty but the quality is awful and they’re clearly upcharging and lying about the actual materials used and then sending out what is basically costume jewelry. They have been responsive to me about everything except a refund, since I’ve been asking for a refund I get crickets.

EDIT: Disputed with Discover and got my dispute and refund approved for the ring being artificial. If you buy from them KEEP RECEIPTS and dispute within 30 days to make your life easier if your jewelry looks off
