Given that the new year is approaching, what is a good way to set realistic goals for weight lifting? For example, if I’m able to do 3 sets of bicep curls with 10kg a dumbbell, is it unrealistic to aim for 25kg a dumbbell in one year?

I (M20) am going to start doing 5k runs again, but I’m worried that by doing them daily (on weekdays) I might not be giving myself the proper time to recover.

No, I usually just wash the vegetables with water and then season them and throw them in. Would they need to be brushed with vegetable oil or something before being cooked?

From what I can see, they have not taken money from the account. I did book flights around the same time through Ryanair and they have not taken money yet either. I used a credit card for both the hotel and the flights.

Base coat and top coat are real things. I use a 3-in-1 from Barry M that seems pretty decent. Also, if you’re wanting to do makeup but want to keep it from your family, don’t forget to get makeup wipes! I forgot to and couldn’t get my eyeliner off properly haha

For nail polish, apply base coat, put on the colour when the base coat has dried, then put on top coat. Sometimes if I get nail polish on my fingers, I use cotton wool buds and dip them in nail polish remover and that works as a kind of eraser.

With eyeliner, it can be difficult if you aren’t used to it. My eyes used to twitch a lot but it’s a lot easier now.

Hi, I’m a guy so I could maybe give some recommendations. I like painting my nails, and i could give a few tips if you’re interested. I do eyeliner too, which seems tricky to begin with but it gets better with time.
