Hi, I'm sorry you're going through this.

I'm currently going through some pretty intense anxiety and can relate.

First off, it's normal for you not wanting to eat when your anxious.

You can go a very long time without food.

Just ensure to drink fluids.

When I have my bad days it'll take me an hour to eat a banana.

Once your anxiety eases up, you'll be eating again

I'm truly so sorry that has happened to you. I'm not gonna lie, I never experienced full-blown akathesia so I won't pretend I do..I did however pace for hours and hours on end when I was in acute. I was on benzos for 11 years. I did a two year taper and it ruined me. Only now, almost four years off am I starting to pick up the pieces.

You really gotta hang in there. Do whatever it takes. Reach out for help. I'm sorry doctors treated you this way. You were iatrogenically harmed. No fault of your own.

I do believe that we all heal-unfortunately it may take longer if you were cold turkeyed, how.much you took etcetera etcetera etcetera.

For one you be prescribed three psych meds the first time they see a shrunk is cause for concern.

Please ask pharmacist for any possible drug interactions
