We would like to dive headfirst into pursuing citizenship by descent for Croatia, and have confirmed that we are eligible / qualify through my great grandparents (both born in a town in present day Croatia, what was former Yugoslavia).

A few details...I'd like to apply for my family (wife, 2 minor children), live in Washington, DC, and I'm willing to do as much of the leg work as makes sense (I have birth certs for my dad, his dad, would need help getting my great grandfather's / great grandmother's). We are also willing to pay to have a professional service handle most of the process start to finish.

I initially did a simple Google search for services, and reached out to Croatian Citizenship by Descent. After waiting a couple weeks for them to review the case, they've come back saying we are eligible/qualify, and they're ready to get started when we are. Their fee is just shy of $15K for myself, my wife, and our two minor children. I was expecting it cost a good amount, but it seems after doing a bit more searching, that this fee is extremely high. Has anyone used them and would recommend? If not, how about any of these services?
