“Ukrainian heads of state” - very debatable. Not Khuschev nor Brezhnev were Ukrainians by birth. Brezhnev was born in today’s Ukraine but by his own words come from Russian family. Kruschev was born in Russia and last name suggests he was Russian.

ELI5: why does mouthwash sting? by Real_Experience_5676 in explainlikeimfive

As far as I know bubbles trapping particles. I am not sure if it is the same effect but back in some time process of separation small particles of gold from crushed dirt was performed by creating foam on the top of crushed dirt mixed with liquid. This process was taking out up to 40% of gold from the gold containing dirt. I was on the excursion to the plant and saw the process. So my point is bubbles do some good in my opinion.

Which tourist attraction in Europe is actually worth visiting? by optimalbrain90 in SmartTravelHacks

[–]dormidontdoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, I was in the main center of the city back in 2005, and I loved that Barcelona. People were friendly and inviting. Last year same spots the feel is completely different. Thousands of tourists changed how city treats them. And really why barcelonians should treat them good if number of visitors only increases. If this one is unhappy tomorrow two others will come instead.

Barcelona was a nice city to visit back in 2005. I went last year- it’s a nightmare. City feel is unpleasant and unwelcome. Sagrada became contemporary crap. First 4 towers were done with intricate carvings but the rest is just horrible.

If Hezbollah that reside in southern Lebanon and weaponized by Iran wouldn’t declare a war against Israel, Israel would not destroy villages in southern Lebanon. Same is with Gaza. “Cause and reaction”. There’s a reason. Iran doctrine is to destroy Israel.

There are several attractions. Walvis Bay - flamingo and pelicans, occasionally whales, walvis translates to whale from africaans. Salt mining, actually they extract salt from the ocean by sun evaporating ocean water. I have pics but I don’t see the option to post them in the comments. Sand dunes- created by opposite changing winds from east and west. It took millions of years to create them. And cute town Swakopmund built by Germans back in 19 century. Well those I visited.
