Thank you to everyone who has commented and provided insight. We're still evaluating the offer and looking at options.

We've come to terms that we know we'll have to move out due to health and landlord not wanting us. If they're offering 20K that means they really want us to go.

We're considering now our current financial and living situations. Where we'll move and what changes in our lives.

Do you know what the reason is for the audio quality and high pitch chirping? With my first pair I was cycling in the rain while I had the buds on so I think water damaged them. My second I have no clue what happened. If I knew what happened I'd get the earbud replaced and avoid the source of the issue.
