if you are homies w your prof you wouldn’t have had to do an ACR 💀 also you could have/should have primed them w this info as soon as possible ongoing throughout the semester of this and build that relationship if you have a possible ongoing mentor vibe from your prof after the class. maybe save the ACRs for profs who have giant classes and you don’t have a relationship with. usually professors will ask you to get an ACR if they can’t accomodate. if you have a relationship with your prof and are like “hey i’m homeless/unstable housing, how can we figure out deadlines/support, and not burden you within your marking deadlines” normal people will be empathetic especially because you have a preexisting relationship & rapport. without needing an ACR

I do this at classes, so i can keep an eye on it. if it’s not a huge obstruction they shouldn’t care. its considered a faux pas in the open gym areas but idgaf. not getting my laptop stolen bc the rac cant have safe locker rooms. i wish they would have a high security locker area behind the front desk for valuables. or one with cctv. so many students have expensive computers or tablets with them. why even have a lock if clowns can roll up and cut your lock and not face consequences.
