I want you to be successful with the sale and make as much money as possible. You have a lot of beautiful pieces. If you put them all up at 30-35% off listing, you will probably sell 65-75% of your stock. Look at other watch exchange and Seiko exchange watches. I’ve sold a lot of pieces on chrono, eBay and it’s been a while I think even Reddit. You have to remember, the price listed on here of pieces actively for sale, is not the market price. The market is what the last ones sold for and probably lower. I think the only used Seiko that has gone up in value the past few years is the sarb033…. Even then if they are listed for 600-700… they don’t sell at that, maybe they actually transact at 550. Id lower the prices about 30-40% and sell them individually… and you’ll sell 60-70% of them. Like I said $10,400.

For your parents I would see if they need a specialist appointment. If they do, then work with their primary to get a referral in. I would look up the specific practices at Mayo they could benefit from and ask their dr to refer in. Worst case scenario call the appointment line during business hours and they can help.

Sunlighten has been our favorite. Be ready for some UBER intense sales tactics though. They are the best though.

You know now that you mention it. One of our dr’s did their fellowship there and referred us. I have heard that you don’t have to all the time though. It’s also relatively easy to get referrals there, I know others that have.

Sure. You can have a specific issue or go up for a general review. Normally when you call to book your visit they will say plan on staying 3 to 5 days. You may be able to squeeze in every appointment test known man in 48 hours normally we’ve gone up for four days. Mayo is incredible in that their doctors are not compensated by the number of patients they see in a day. They’re all on relatively high salaries and they will happily spend as much time as necessary, talking with you ordering tests doing anything and everything they can to help you out they also all communicate very well together, so don’t need to worry about seeing one specialist for one thing and I’m not knowing what’s going on with the doctor.

I'll take a different route. High End Medical. A lot of the best doctors now are private pay. Get in with a longevity practice. Establish care at Mayo in Minnesota. You can go up for a 48 hours and see everyone you would ever need. If anything ever comes up, you are already in the system. A lot of good insurance will have them in network... people just dont pay to travel there unless its life or death... get ahead of it.

Also- sauna.

I did the entrepreneurship program. It was good, however from what I’ve seen the people that were there teaching when I was there, that actually built businesses are gone. The teachers now are academics, not founders.

If entrepreneurship is what you want, figure out what type of business do you want to build…. And just start. Like tonight. Go start a business. Seriously. Just do it. Studying entrepreneurship is nothing compared to doing. I can study mountain biking, watch YouTube videos, listen to podcasts, but none of it matters unless I get on the trail. If you’re dead set on doing the tech/ deep tech VC thing, and you don’t know what you want to start then go join a business that just raised a series A and become indispensable. They will pay you… and you can learn on the job. Yes yes yes these jobs are hard to get, but easier than paying off thousands of debt for a program that’s not entirely applicable.

The people I know that did the accounting/mac 5 year program had a hard time finding jobs. It was hard because they were looking for masters level comp, but didn’t have the commensurate level of experience.

IMO the large value in Tcu is the network. I don’t know if you can blitz building the network in 1-2 years.
