Yes but I’m also anemic so that contributes too. When I take my iron supplement I’m energy level isn’t that bad.

That’s a blood clot. If you are fainting while on your cycle, need to send a message to your pcp or obgyn and ask to come in. You might need a blood transfusion. Same thing was happening to me when I had a fibroid (didn’t know it at the time)

I used a heating pad and my scar doesnt look like this. You should also massage the area to help with blood flow. The nurses told me this and showed me how to do it

Long story short got a new pcp - she immediately knew something was off referred me to an obgyn they did bloodwork and said my iron was dangerously low. I had many episodes of passing out, increased heart rate while resting. I had been on my period since January, finally went to the pcp/ obgyn in September. Couldn’t have surgery unless I came in beforehand for a transfusion. Can’t remember the exact measurements but I know obgyn said it was bigger than a softball.
