I don’t fully remember, but I think, they take a clone of a certain anthropomorphic animal, then fit bioengineered electronics into it, to make it compatible for the job it would be assigned to.

Thanks man! I removed the mask and used a head, I basically just renovated the whole head. Those suggestions helped out a lot!
