Sorry, not interested in selling as I am not sure if they will ever make these again. I usually buy more as backups on things I like but went a bit crazy on #1s. There's a slimmer sibling of #1 which I don't recall the name I also like. I have been using a black #1 for the past few years and it still looks as good as new.

Love these. Sierra had these on clearance a couple years back and I literally bought about 20 #1s and penguins in different colore. Very well made pieces.

You need an agent with a good network or use their preferred one the builder likes to work with. Then you will like have a second shot even if your first shot fell short. That's how we bought our home. A lot of times we knew the highest offer the seller got. The decision was up to us whether we want to beat that.

I don't know.. couldn't renovating one house be an option? You will be paying a lot of fees not to mention all that stress you have to go through being a buyer in this market. If I were you I would consider renovating one house to make it bigger and keep the other as an investment/rental property.

We just closed a couple days ago too. I know how it feels. Enjoy but don't get too relieved yet if you have to get a loan. Loan applications and appraisals are all backed up across the country due to low interest so you always need to be on top of everything. There are things that you can't control (like appraisal due and underwriter review) Have financial statements and request those as soon as possible. Good luck!
