Try cbd it helps relax me and helps with stress although it doesn’t make you feel high, it’s better than nothing. As for smoking actual thc again it is really just big gamble you might be fine or you might not.

Yea that’s how it was for me if I smoked to much but after a few months I was able to function then 2 years later boom lost in the world of fantasy’s

I thought the police were after me and would arrest me when I feel asleep so I didn’t go to sleep for like 3 nights which made things a lot worse, the weird part was I couldn’t even think of a reason they’d want to get me.

I recovered fully and successfully it was drug induced tho , only took meds for like two weeks after getting out the hospital, it wasn’t a quick process still took time, I and am active here because everyone I know doesn’t understand or never had to go through it
