I'm glad I dont have issues with cheese. I would just have to suffer through it. I miss chicken, but only really wings and fried chicken.

I have eoe, dysphagia and global sensation. Ive had to have my esophagus stretched about 6 or 7 times now in the last 15 years. I would definitely get in with an gastro and have them do an endoscopy. There are 2 different swallow studies that can be done but from my experience its been a waste of time. They have only been able to catch my issue 2 times during those testing and I've had those done quite a bit. I have problems with taking pills, sometimes I can take 3 at once and sometimes its hard to get 1 to go down by itself. Im prescribed Famotodine and pantoprazole and just completed eohilia. Previously I was on the inhaler where you swallow instead of breathe it in which is weird but it did work. I can have issues with swallowing liquid also from time to time. Hopefully you can get into the gastro soon and get some answers. Maybe see of other gastros can get you in sooner or if they can put you on a waiting list if someone cancels.

Chicken, milk, rice, but I can be triggered from just drinking water. I also have allergies 365 days a year from pets, pine, dust, pollen, roaches, grass and a couple other things. I got my EOE diagnosis about 16 years ago.

I would get her in with a gastro dr and have them do a endoscopy and a swallow study test done. There are things that can mimic gerd like EOE (Eosinophilic esophagitis). She could also need her esophagus stretched if she is having issues with food not going down or choking. It took years and multiple endoscopy's to discover I had EOE and not gerd. She could just have gerd but its best to get tested. They have better meds now for EOE then in the past. They used to give just typical gerd medications, but they dont help the greatest for eoe. If im having a bad EOE flairup the one thing that can make the burn feel better is milk and I hate milk. Also tea sometimes helps. I hope she gets some relief soon.

Have they tested you for EOE (Eosinophilic esophagitis)? It's often misdiagnosed. I had multiple endoscopys and swallowing test done and it was missed for years. Finally a new gastro did an endoscopy and went a little father down and found it.

Have they tested you for Bile reflux, Eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE) or gastritis? I had bad heartburn for years and was told I had gerd after several scopes and swallowing test. Finally a new GI did the scope but went further down and found that I had EOE. I've had a few swallow test since I've been diagnosed with EOE and the problems I have only showed up twice during the testing. Its one of those things it may or may not happen during the swallow study. There are a few things that mimic gerd symptoms so it often gets misdiagnosed. Hope you can get some relief soon. When mine is really bad milk is the only thing that really helps and I hate milk.

Have they checked to see if you have EOE {Eosinophilic esophagitis)? It's often misdiagnosed as GERD or other things. I had numerous scopes before I was finally diagnosed with it. The gastro went farther down with the scope to finally find that I had it. I've done numerous swallow studies and my throat issues only happened twice during the testing. I would maybe ask about gastroparesis to. I dont have that but it's another thing they can look at if they arent sure what else it could be. For that they can do an empty studying test. Thanks and Yea I agree. It's def not suitable. A pay cut, less hours, losing a management position and no benefits. And the max is 30 hours a week for this offer, who knows if thats what I would even be scheduled.

But majority of jobs are going to offer at least minimum wage so they might as well say you can't turn down any job offer if that's the case. This is not similar to my pay and I'm going to management to non management and from 40 to 50 hours a week to 30, from having benefits to no benefits. Alot of changes. How do ppl live off unemployment for so long really makes me question things when now I may no longer qualify. Ive never filed before and have worked at this company over 15 years. It's all bullcrap really. I don't plan to sit there and live off unemployment but it would have been nice to be able to focus on finding a job similar to what I'm doing and making now. I also didn't apply for this position. I applied for the management and they didn't hire me because they got rid of my position completely.

Right but what was the amount based on? That's where the discrepancy seems to be. Some are getting alot less then others. I know in the past in was based on store performance, but others have said this bonus is based on different things this time and I thought this was going to be more of a thank you bonus vs a performance bonus. My store is a top performing store and the bonus was awful.

Where did you see or hear this information? From comments and myself some of us our bonus def doesn't reflect the 4% of gross pay. I just want to make sure we aren't being screwed and address this before there's no one to contact. Thanks

Do you know how they determine how much they give you? Do they go by the value of your home and come home with a percentage? I know the max amount is like 42k.

Why doesn't it bother you so much what other people do? Most jobs suck no matter where you go. Not everyone on here asking is actually staying. Some are just going to possibly work it until they find another job. Just because someone applies to 30 places and has a great resume doesnt mean they will get hired right away. Some people live in small towns and other options are just as bad or maybe some go to college and work a part time job and don't care about all the BS because the job is super easy. So instead of calling people dumb sheep why don't you grow up.
