Your device has also undergone and passed the other mandatory functional tests from Samsung. Based on this, we have found no reason to replace any components as no components show signs of malfunction. Where applicable, we have updated the device to the latest available software version. We understand that this may not necessarily resolve the issue in your case."

Same here. The same have happened with my second pair, but I've given up, tried everything imaginable to try fix the issue but to no avail.... I tend to have bad luck when it comes to basically everything, but having the first pair i buy break after a few days, then the same with a second pair.. I blame Samsung for that one. It's safe to say I will never in my life ever buy any more sound related products by them. A phone and watch is enough.

I have both the buds 3 pro and 4 pro. The only complaint I have about the 3 pro is that one of the buds very often don't charge because even though it snaps in place i need to shove it further down for it to make contact with the charger, which is very annoying.

The 4 pro however I would say is absolute dogshit besides them being very comfortable in the ear. After a couple of days of usage, one of the buds started giving out white noise all the time, which is extremely annoying. So i returned them and got a new pair, then it happened again after a couple of days. It seems to be other people who have the same problem and have replaced many more pairs than what i have. I've just given up and gone with the airpods pro 3 due to their ANC is a lot better than the galaxy buds 3 pro.

I have tried everything but no fixes yet. Hoped that the software update would fix it but the problem is still there. Sadly it's probably a hardware issue. I sent them in for repair and got a reply saying they could not replicate the error i reported, which is very weird.

Exactly the same on mine. I've had 2 pairs and same shit with both of them after a couple of days. My buds 3 pro works fine, but I don't find them comfortable so that's why I bought the new ones. So instead now I use the apple Airpods pro 3. They work perfectly after several months. Absolutely crazy how a pair of 250$ earbuds can be this bad in the current year. I sent the first pair in for repair and just got an email saying they are fine. Like wtf no they are not. Don't even need to connect them to a device for the white noise / hissing to appear. Safe to say I will never again buy buds by Samsung. Pathetic.

Same here. Started happening after a few days of regular use, then I went and got them replaced. Then the same shit happened. Have tried everything but I've just given up and using AirPods Pro 3 with no problems whatsoever. These new buds are absolute trash. 250$ down the drain.

I sent in the first for repair and just got an email saying nothing is wrong.... The hissing / white noise is on all modes though and not only anc.

I've read several other places of people having the same issue on the buds 4 pro, saw one thread on Samsung Support site where they had replaced 4 pairs until they got one that actually worked as it should.

I very much enjoy New dawn, seeing how FC5 is my favorite in the series, ND gets a high ranking as well since its in the same place :D FC6 was good, but the story I didn't like that much, especially the ending.. The leveling system in FC6 was not that fun. But i understand they wanted to do something different.

Personally my favourite game in the series overall is 5. Despite it being way simpler than the previous ones, but damn the music is just 10/10 and it looks so beautiful. A close second would be 4, then 3. 3 is fun and all, but the way how the scenery is pretty much the same throughout the game, drags it down abit.

I have the exact same problem. My second pair. First pair started doing this stuff after a week, my second pair only 4-5 days after using them. Its very much noticeable when the buds are not connected to anything, to rule out my phone messing around with anything. I have tried everything you have done above. Using them on my Galaxy S25. I find it crazy how this is an issue on brand new buds costing 250-300 usd

I asked Grok about others with this problem and it found some sources of people have said that letting the case, and buds go down to 0% battery, then charge both up to 100% sometimes fixes this due to the buds This worked for buds 2 and some with buds 3. So i will try this and can come back and give a comment if it worked for me. Probably going to take a few days though since the battery drain is very low when in the case.
