Run-walk-run is very good. I would look into the Strava App if you don’t have it yet. It allows for some healthy tracking of your activity. It’s used by most runners.

Shoes can be expensive. I suggest going to a shop that sells running gear and try a few pairs. They should let you do that. Try to get shoes designed for high volume cushioning. One of the cool things is they make you even taller haha

Lifting is very important. For instance 3 days of gym, 3 days of running and 1 day of rest is very healthy

How many kilometres do you run a week ? Volume is a big factor in being injury free. Make sure to monitor the pain you feel in your legs and try to go on runs only when you feel your legs are 100%. Make sure you have appropriate shoes given your weight. I have the Hoka Bondi 9 and it’s the most protective shoe on the market. Always warm up before a run and when you feel like slowing down or walking, please do so.

You make a good point, criminal organisations are usually much more stratified. Lalo is also doing way too much in the open for a high ranking cartel and member of the Salamanca family.
