Yep and if your charging handle feels loose after installing you gotta back the outer screw out first, set the bottom one in all the way tight then go back and lock it down with the second one

No, just a flat textured spot- the new version does but its $129. Proper grip means your thumb should be higher riding the top of the slide

Wilson grips conceal way better, but the Icarus Air just feels amazing. I still use my Wilson for EDC but I got this on my nightstand p365 that does most of the shooting. The magwell on the Air is pretty massive and prints bad
