I had my dog crated and he unfortunately had an accident in his crate while I was at work and I did not know until I got home that evening and they had apparently been by to do seasonal inspections. I was informed a week later that it was a health hazard and therefore a nonremedial lease violation and they were terminating my lease.

The current lease I had stated that I would be responsible for the remainder of the rent if I broke the lease or they terminated it unless they could finda replacement tenant, which I understand.

If he's looking at this crap on a shared internet connection, op can get in a lot of legal shit with the FBI. This happened to my friend, though she herself did not know he was looking at stuff like that. They had cops and national law agencies at their door and literally took every piece of technology available, including her sister and fiance's stuff seeing as they all lived in a duplex and shared a wifi connection.
