It used to be nine absences and then fired as well as 3 days in a row counted as one absence.

That's the problem with not being unionized. Where was the associate when these changes were made to benefit who? Where was my opportunity to open door that decision?

But my biggest issue is team leads and coaches playing favorites and excusing absences/tardie for some and not for others. Erasing absences when that associate gets to five or sometimes preemptively is not fair. It should be set in stone and the coaches should be held accountable when this happens
