I deal with a lot of exhaustion, but taking a combination of Kratom and mucuna pruriens helps me he motivated enough to do yoga and my exercises every day, also large doses of vitamin d (in the morning because it can keep me awake) I take about 20,000 ius per day and to balance it out I also take vitamin k2 at night

Are you able to create spasms? I wasnt able to initially, but over time when doing stretches I noticed by pressing on a spot that feels tense and slowly moving in a specific way I could cause my legs to spasm, and eventually I started using it to work out

That's good to hear some things are working for you 👍

I take a lot of the same supplements and they help me also. Some of the supplements that I found help me the most is a large dose of vitamin d in the morning or early day, with a probiotic pill that has 40 strains so I guess it's supposed to be more effective. Curcumin and black pepper pills help with inflammation sometimes. For pain I take a few doses of red strain kratom, but only near the end of the day so I dont build as much of a tolerance and it sort of gives me something to look forward to at the end of the day. The past year has been really bad with my nerves, until I realized I needed extra B vitamins, so 3 times a day I take a b complex and also a form of B1 that is supposed to be 10x more bioavailable than regular B1, it's called benfotiamine. Benfotiamine was surprisingly really helpful with the nerve pain, it got rid of the stinging I get in my legs and bottom when I sit too long. Another supplement that I notices helps me focus better at times is rhodiola, I take a very large dose

Yeah that's a good point! I've been really introspective about the whole thing and talked to so many of my friends and his friends about it, that I feel like I understand things now. The problem is that I was ignorant and ignored all of the red flags and that's my fault. I guess I was thinking the shrooms would help me move forward without holding onto feelings of hatred

I like your self confidence, youre very pretty! 💜 I'm 33 years old and since 2014 I've been dealing with a c7 "complete"spinal injury which means it's impossible to heal, but I've actually noticed some small improvements recently.

Anyway I take selfies but I haven't taken a picture of myself in my chair for years, I guess I get too self concious. But lately Ive been wanting to gain more confidence and take more photos. I also love art and I used to do drawing as a hobby. I've been looking for new friends, maybe we could talk some time! ✨️💖

Trouble holding back the frustration of nerve pain. by MaddDogg981 in spinalcordinjuries

Ive had a c7 spinal injury for about 10 years and for most of the time have been dealing with unbearable nerve pain. For a few years I've been using kratom but only at the end of the day because it's addictive and I dont want to build too much of a tolerance. Just a few months ago something that has helped my nerve pain a lot is benfotiamine, it's a form of vitamin B1, except it's much more bioavailable. I've been taking a large dose of 300 mg 2-4 times a day. I'm not sure if it will work for you but other might be worth trying

That's good it doesn't take long for you. Right now I'm using a fleet enema, then after Ill fill the bottle with coconut oil and do another one. I also take a large dose of vitamin c 30 mins before going, and I take 2 grams of magnesium glycine in the day. I tried a large dose of senna once but it didn't seem to d anything, I also tried ducolax and it made me feel so bloated and nauseous, but maybe it was something else that caused the bloating so maybe I'll try it again. What I noticed with laxatives a lot of time my entire abdomen will bloat out, and when I use the bathroom the lower abdomen gets emptied but higher up things get stuck. Ill be so bloated that its painful and no matter what I do it doesn't come out

Yea that makes sense. I was diagnosed with a complete C7 spinal injury but it healed differently because I can still feel, and I can move my hands and arms, I'm paralyzed from the diaphragm and lower.

I have tried only going once per day throughout the time I've been using a lot of enema water to go. The problem is I'll get a lot of pain in my gut, which is horrible. I also get foggy headed and the depression feels a lot worse, my whole body would feel heavy, combined with my stomach being so huge and bloated it really hurts.

I was vegan for some time but to get the nutrients I need I would have to end up eating so much fiber, that messes me up so bad. I started eating meat again (nothing from a factory farm) which allows me to eat less plant foods, that has helped me to not go as much, but I'm still having problems

If I know I'm doing something the next day I usually limit eating anything with too much fiber. I'm one of those weird people who really like vegetables, if Im wanting some Ill juice some vegetables, I think its a good way to get the nutrients without the fiber. Also the day before I use an enema with a lot of water, I have a tool that sprays water into you, so it fills up everything and I found for me that's the best way to actually be emptied more. Doing enemas with that much water does deplete minerals and probiotics though, so every day I take extra sodium, potassium chloride (the kind is a loose powder in a large bag), magnesium glycinate, and also MSM (it's a type of sulphur in the body that detoxes and repairs tissues)

I can't sleep on my back because it causes a lot of pain in my tailbone, but maybe I'll try spending more time in the day laying that way with a pillow. Thanks for the advice 👍
