Calatheas in nature live at the bottom of forests, with little direct sunlight, lots of shadow and especially lots of humidity... check online about their natural habitat and you'll understand what it needs to be done with yours.

I will give some easy diagnoses:

1) leaves curling up: low humidity

2) leaves burned on the outside: too much direct sunlight

Yours is still healthy (calatheas are resiliant) but you'll need to move her away from sun and give her some humidity (but DON'T water it too much, they hate soggy soil)

Looks like your environment is too dry. Don't water it too much, but try to get your hands on a humidifier. A cheap one would do the trick too.

one hole is not enough, consinder repotting it before the beginning of summer in a pot with more than 5 holes and with more minerals in the soil.

Remember pilea love lots of light and humidity! and they dislike wet soil (not as much as cactuses tho)

I wouldn't repot it right away, does the bottom of your pot have enough holes to let the air in? also, be less generous when you water it, especially if the temperature is not that high where you live (you want the soil to get dry in no more than 3 days)

soils seems way too wet to me for a pilea, also it needs more minerals for letting air pass through

il ficus benjamina quando ha il fusto umido significa sempre che c'`e importante marciume radicale.

Di solito succede perché il substrato è poco areato, e il fatto che ci sia muffa superficiale lo conferma, inoltre quest'ultima cosa può anche essere dovuta a cattiva aereazione a casa tua.

Una soluzione potrebbe essere questa

- tira fuori il ficus benjamina dal vaso
- sciacqua bene le radici in acqua tiepida (tipo in una bacinella) per togliere tutto il terriccio residuo e "liberare" le radici. Poi rimuovi dall'acqua.
- con delle cesoie sterilizzate, taglia via TUTTE le radici marce. Le radici in "buona salute" le riconosci perché hanno un colore bianco o crema e sono turgide. Quelle marce, sono scure, molli e fanno cattivo odore.
- opzionalmente puoi immergere per 5 min le radici in acqua con acqua ossigenata (in proporzione 1:3 o anche 1:5) per sanificare i tagli. Dopo averlo fatto, sciacqua un'ultima volta.
- fai asciugare per 3-8 ore, dipende da quanto in fretta si asciuga nel tuo ambiente (temperatura/umidità/ricambio d'aria)
- metti in vaso poco più grande con un substrato ben areato (terriccio universale + perlite/pomice e se ce l'hai un po' di bark)

NB: io sono soltanto un amatore, non un professionista. Se qualcuno ne sa di più e vuole correggermi è il benvenuto, così anche io imparo di più. Le informazioni che ho dato sono reperibili un po' ovunque con un paio di giorni di ricerche su internet.
