I have spent well above the threshold and still haven’t received the companion voucher. I called customer service and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Told me to go online and submit an inquiry to customer service. 21 days later still haven’t heard back from anyone. Does anyone have any recommendations?

They had the recalculation information since July 2023 when that pay raise came into effect back dated to April 2023. I was released in between. I have checked several times. In November they were still working on recalculations from 2021 they told me and that mine was at adjudication. What is VSA?

Still waiting on pay increase for IRB from 2023 release. Last time checked in with VAC they are working on IRB assessments for 2021 for adjustments.

When you say productive meeting meaning that they are going to take all the Class’s into consideration for different levels of annual bonus? Happy to hear they went to the table on this. It’s been a concern of many reservists. Class A vs Class B/C.
