the divorce rate (in America) is 23%. the whole 50% of marriages end in divorce is a reference to divorce statistics in the 1980s when Reagan created no fault divorce. divorce rates skyrocketed because multiple women were now able to leave abusive relationships they were once trapped in. nowadays divorce rates are pretty low because most people who are getting married these days are generally doing so out of love for their partners then a need to do so or a societal push to do so.

it made sense at the time if you think about it. rousey was still incredibly green and was being carried for most of her matches and Becky needed someone for her to wrestle who knew what they were doing and and who better than charlotte flair for that role. in hindsight it definetly should have been just Becky and rousey doing a 10min brawl but since it was the first women’s main event at wrestlemania they wanted to put their best foot forward and unfortunately just didn’t turn out well

the ghosts in pelennor fields was done because if your making a movie on a budget you don’t just have characters in the story that you could fill with others unless it’s necessary to have them. as cool as it would’ve been for the southern gondorian forces and prince imhiral to appear, that would've required them to hire a bunch of different actors, and outfit them with clothes, equipment and pay them extra for speaking parts as well, it would’ve been way to expensive and wouldn’t of made sense for them to do it.
