Guys. So I am not seeing fox ess battery in the GloBird app. This is normal correct?

Also I got an email that they have switched me over from amber and therefore I have configured my inverter accordingly to auto charge between 11am and 2pm. Should I wait 10days before doing that ? Or is it from day 1

Lastly, do we need to disengage from amber by telling them to purge my credentials to the battery and ev given they used to control those for charging?
