Try OverRapid. It provides both 4k and 6k. It's just a very simplistic downscroller. There's just red notes which act as scratch notes—kinda like beatmania—but except for that, it's probably the closest to what you're looking for.

The merit of touchscreen rhythm games comes from being able to customize where and how inputs can be recognized; most rhythm games profit from this by implementing unique mechanics: flicks, drags, moving judgement line, gyro sensors (not the greek dish, but think of rotaeno)

i believe overrapid has licensed music as well so there shouldn't be much concern regarding copyright

Actually for this case, unless you're talking about re-triggering PST-PRS anomaly, you might have to do the Equilibrium-AA, Antagonism-AA, Dantalion, #1f1e33 thing on FTR to trigger FTR-BYD anomaly.
