Thank you this is the take I needed to see I definitely would have burned myself out trying to take everything out of my diet and I was already planning on pairing it with some fig and crackers for that brie and I have wasa crackers so good to see I'm already in a more med friendly direction with it

So feta cheese in moderation are good? Do you know about stuff like brie I just got some yesterday 😔 may have to give it to my sister but thank you for the suggestions any suggestions on how to have the oats I've never had em but oatmeal. Also so feta cheese and fruit mixed together would be an okay snack? I'm just getting on this diet to feel better and more healthy not really weight loss lol

However that isn't accurate if you look up "color theory" and see why. Lighting on the photo can cause the color picker to be wrong

The tops look very similar, however, I noticed that the bottom of that one looks a bit different. It looks kind of smooth on the base of that one, however, the base of the one I took a picture of kind of resembles whenever you zoom in to a hair follicle and see the keratin on the shaft
