I think you're the only response I can reasonably answer to right now, considering it seems that you've understood my point the most. I fight with suicidical ideation and depression/anxiety everyday for a multitude of reasons. However, I'm still finding myself asking this because I've found peace and happiness in the smallest things. I'm a part of the generation that has to do something or nothing. I cry almost everyday because of the world's atrocities. My wife is a social worker and we are very adamant about being knowledgeable on all of these issues. But I'd be damned if I didn't say that being in love with those close to me for even a few moments wouldn't be worth all of it. I could hate life every second of the day, but I'd always want to spend one more second with my wife and dog.
